Brett believes emerging technology is the most valuable asset in the effort to maximize the effectiveness of human solutions to complex business problems. He has spent the last 8+ years implementing software and hardware solutions to both the federal government and enterprise commercial space. Brett is a veteran of the Marine Corps where he was nominated for the Bronze star with Valor.

Hari brings 20 years of senior leadership experience in corporate finance, M&A, corporate strategy, management accounting, and international accounting. He also has a background in management consulting and auditing. He has an international exposure in medical devices, information technology and electronic discovery industries ranging from start-ups to well-established companies.

He has 15 years of experience using innovative technologies, including analytics & machine learning, to design and deliver cost effective solutions for information governance and electronic discovery. Harsh is a natural leader skilled in building and scaling high-performance global teams and delivering results.

Hitesh brings 20+ years of software development experience to Infinnium and has previously played a key role in building two global eDiscovery software companies that led to the growth of multi-million-dollar global organizations. His expertise is in designing and developing enterprise level systems for data mining and machine learning. Hitesh is a patent holder on a processing software that is widely used in the legal industry and is focused on bringing solutions using deep learning and artificial intelligence technologies to solve todays’ business challenges.

Naitik Jani is the Director of Product Management for Infinnium and is based in our India offices. As a key member of the senior management team at Infinnium, Naitik helps drive the vision, strategy and direction of our AI solutions and provides business intelligence and technology solutions for use across the company’s labels and global business units. Naitik supervises the product development team and also oversees the operations for the India office. Naitik is a trained software engineer with many years of experience in defining core products. His expertise is concentrated in Artificial Intelligence, EDiscovery and Security domains.

Tom Skelley serves as the Senior Vice President of Growth and Transformation at Infinnium. Mr. Skelley has a wealth of experience spanning more than 25 years, with senior and executive management roles specializing in litigation, consulting, data protection, practice-related technology, and document data management. Mr. Skelley offers a unique perspective to his clients, with diverse experience in corporate, legal, vendor, and government environments. Previously he has held roles in the service provider and corporate environments as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Technical Project Manager. He also served as a Litigation Support Manager and Director at a top tier law firm in Washington, DC Mr. Skelley holds a B.A. degree from West Virginia University.

Tom Skelley

SVP, Growth & Transformation

Mr. Wolfinger joins Infinnium as the Chief Information Security Officer. He has been in the digital forensics and eDiscovery industries across three decades; his background in dealing with electronic data sources of all forms, his years of experience in securing large corporations, his experience in managing large development teams, and his knowledge of cloud-scale infrastructures, make him uniquely suited to operate the security practices of Infinnium in the pursuit of ISO27001:2013 certification, and also to advise customers in their own Information Governance efforts and use of the 4iG platform. He began his career in digital evidence as a Detective for the City of Philadelphia in the late 1990s. In 2003, he joined Internet Security Systems' renowned X-Force Incident Response team. In 2005, Mr. Wolfinger was one of the original four people who formed KLDiscovery. He joined KLD to be the architect of their technical infrastructure and service offerings. He retired in June of 2016 as CISO and VP of Technology after over 11 years, 10 acquisitions, and 2 successful recapitalizations. Mr. Wolfinger, along with his wife Stacy, then founded Wolfinger Consulting in 2016 with the intention of providing thorough, fairly-priced services in the arenas of digital forensics, data collection, eDiscovery, information security, and online investigations.

Charles joins Infinnium with an extensive background in e-Discovery and Compliance software solutions that leverage AI and cloud-based architecture. With over 20 years in legal technology sales, Charles is highly recognized by his clients for his knowledge in practice and technology. He brings a demonstrated devotion to building better partnerships with his clients and a focus on helping them drive new revenue. He has worked with corporations, consultancies, legal service providers, government agencies and top law firms around the world. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Charles has lived in NYC and abroad. From startups to Fortune 500 companies he has always evangelized better technology and processes for his clients. A true International man, he has spent much of his career introducing new technologies in the UK, EU & Canada as well as the Asia/Australia markets. Charles has a BA in Political Science and French from Providence College, studied International Law & Economics at the Université de Fridbourg, Switzerland, and participated at the former University of Dubrovnik Academy for International Affairs and Economics. A FAA Part 107 commercial drone pilot and an avid snowboarder, Charles and his wife Jennifer also enjoy travel and seeking new adventures.
