Elie Francis is a seasoned entrepreneur, business leader, and pioneer in legal technology, with a proven track record of growing businesses and driving innovation. He co-founded Driven, Inc. in 2001 at the age of 22, leveraging his expertise in computer hardware, software, and technical operations management to transform the company from a two-man basement operation into a 200+ employee multinational full-suite legal service provider. Under his leadership, Driven, Inc. became a recognized leader in legal technology by embracing a technology-first approach that streamlined complex processes and delivered exceptional value to clients.

After successfully exiting Driven, Inc., Elie took a few years off to focus on spending quality time with his wife and four young children. During this period, he remained active in the business community by serving on the boards of several organizations, contributing his deep industry knowledge and strategic insight to help guide their growth.

Elie is a proud Virginia Tech graduate and continues to apply his entrepreneurial mindset and technical expertise to new ventures, always seeking opportunities to innovate, lead, and inspire.
